Description
Palmer Johnson design and build Super Yachts with hull lengths up to 100m.
To meet their continued success they have committed to building a new boat
fabrication facility in the UK and identified Southampton as their preferred
location. The development consist two buildings; with the fabrication building
to construct the hull of each yacht in aluminium or steel. The hull is then
moved to the fit out building which includes spraying. With such facilities there
is requirements for many specialist services including dust extraction,
compressed air and VRF systems to offices. Workshops and offices are
provided with supply and extract systems.
