Hospital Stroke Rehabilitation Centre in Chichester was challenged to
meet the highest level of energy efficient building targets; design includes
Sedun (grass) roof, naturally ventilated, underfloor heating with high
efficiency condensing boiler technology, solar panel hot water generation,
grey water via well supplies, full generator backup facilities.
The existing Donald Wilson House was a Stroke Rehabilitation Centre
recognised as a World Renowned Facility offering the highest levels of
medical care.
A new state of the art facility was required to meet the continued demand
for this specialist service and provide improved facilities for the future
